We’re a small senior team in Winnipeg shipping AI systems for industries where the model has to be right, the audit trail has to be intact, and the data has to stay where it belongs.

Mission.
We believe the next decade of AI is operational, not novelty — embedded in the systems where money moves, identities are verified, and decisions get audited. Our mission is to make that AI production-grade for the regulated world.
Cross-border commerce has historically been a tax on small and mid-sized businesses: slow, opaque, and expensive. AI changes the shape of that tax. We’re building the layer that makes it small enough to forget about.

Why Canada. Why Winnipeg.
We chose Winnipeg, Manitoba because Canada offers a credible middle path on AI: world-class research, strong privacy law (PIPEDA), and a regulatory environment that respects both innovation and consumer protection.
Manitoba in particular sits at the intersection of three things we needed: deep technical talent across the prairies, generous R&D incentives that reward investment in research, and a cost structure that lets us hire senior people without compromising the team.
All production runs in northamerica-northeast2 (Toronto). Our IP and engineering team are based in Winnipeg. Customers around the world; data within Canadian borders.
