Maple Ridge Agency Inc., operating as MRA AI Studio (“MRA”, “we”, “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Manitoba privacy legislation.
1. Scope
This policy applies to information collected through mragency.ca and any subdomains operated by MRA. It does not apply to enterprise customer environments, which are governed by separate data-processing agreements.
2. Information we collect
- Contact-form submissions. Your name, email address, company (optional), topic, and message body.
- Server logs. IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested path, and response status. We do not place advertising or tracking cookies on the marketing site.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry or job application.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to abuse and security incidents on our infrastructure.
- To improve the website and product offering in aggregate.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your contact-form message to train models.
4. Service providers
MRA relies on a small number of vetted processors to operate the marketing site and our products:
- Google Cloud (Canada, northamerica-northeast2 / Toronto) — hosting, logging, and AI inference.
- Resend — transactional email delivery for the contact form.
Each processor is contractually bound to protect personal information and to process it only on our instructions.
5. Retention
- Contact-form submissions: retained for up to 12 months, then deleted unless an active engagement is in place.
- Server logs: retained for 90 days, then archived in aggregate or deleted.
- Application materials: retained for up to 12 months after the role closes.
6. Your rights
Under PIPEDA you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccuracies, withdraw consent for future processing, and file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. To exercise any of these rights, email alex.z@mragency.ca. We will respond within 30 days.
7. International transfers
Production data is stored within Canada (Google Cloud northamerica-northeast2). Some operational data (transactional email) transits service providers based in the United States. By contacting us you consent to that limited transfer.
8. Security
We use Google-managed TLS, customer-managed encryption keys, VPC Service Controls, and Cloud DLP redaction. We restrict employee access to personal information on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
9. Updates
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be posted at this URL and announced in the footer for 30 days.
