These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at mragency.caand any other public surfaces operated by Maple Ridge Agency Inc. (“MRA”). By using these surfaces you agree to these Terms.
Customer use of MRA products under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement, not by these Terms.

- Do not use the surfaces to violate any law or third-party right.
- Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access controls.
- Do not submit malware, exploit code, or content that infringes intellectual property.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the website — text, layout, code, graphics — is owned by MRA or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright. You may quote short excerpts with attribution; bulk reproduction requires written permission.
4. Third-party services
We rely on third-party services described in our Privacy Policy. Those services have their own terms; their availability is outside our control.
5. Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Outputs from any AI surface are probabilistic; verify before relying on them.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRA’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the website will not exceed CAD $100. MRA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MRA and its officers, directors, and employees from any claim or demand arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the website.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that province. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
